Wisebot is the Finances AI assistant. You ask in your own words, for example "how much did I spend on groceries this month?", and it checks your data and answers right away. It is for a quick question without setting filters or opening a report. It is read-only: it looks things up, but does not create, edit or pay anything.
Marina uses Wisebot on her phone, between meetings, to see whether this week's bills fit her balance.
Who can use it
Wisebot is part of the Pro and Enterprise plans and is unlocked during the trial. Each account has a number of questions per month:
- Trial: 5 questions.
- Pro: 20 questions.
- Enterprise: 50 questions.
The counter shows in the chat. The limit resets at the start of each month and is shared between the in-app chat and WhatsApp. Each conversation takes up to 25 questions; after that, start a New chat. Questions sent in very quick succession ask you to wait a minute.
Ask in the app
At the top of the menu, click Wisebot. Type your question or pick one of the suggestions, grouped by topic. Some answers come with a visual card, such as the budget by category, the list of expenses or the cash flow.
History keeps previous conversations, with search, and each one can be deleted.
What you can ask:
- In the personal space β account balances, the month's expenses and income, overdue bills, budget, goals, investments, cash flow, month-to-month comparison and spending by category.
- In a company β also payroll, invoices receivable, taxes, loans, the income statement, KPIs, top clients and suppliers, NFS-e issued and cash forecast. For example: "will I have enough cash to close the month?".
Wisebot answers about the space you are in. To ask about the company, switch to it first.
Ask on WhatsApp
- In Settings βΊ Wisebot, enter the WhatsApp number and click Send code.
- You get a 6-digit code on WhatsApp, valid for 10 minutes. Type it in Verification code and click Verify.
- Done: send your question to Wisebot on WhatsApp. Each answer shows which account it refers to: π€ personal or π’ the company.
If you have a personal account and companies, WhatsApp asks which one the conversation is about. To change later, write "switch account" or "switch company". Switching accounts does not use up a question.
To stop using it, click Unlink. To change numbers, use Use another number.
What it does not do
- It does not record, edit or settle entries. To record through a conversation, with a preview before saving, use the AI integration (MCP) with Claude or ChatGPT.
- It does not see other accounts' data. It only reaches what your user can see in the chosen space.
- It does not replace official reports: to close the month or send figures to your accountant, use the reports and exports.
Where this shows up in the rest of the system
- Every module β Wisebot reads accounts, entries, budget, goals, investments and, in a company, payroll, taxes, loans, invoices, NFS-e and the income statement.
- Settings βΊ Wisebot β the WhatsApp link.
- AI integration (MCP) β the way to look things up and also record through an external assistant.
Where to go next
- AI integration (MCP) β connect Claude or ChatGPT to record through the conversation.
- Notifications β get due-date reminders on the same WhatsApp.
- Expenses and income (personal) β the more complete the entry, the better the answer.
In short: ask Wisebot from the app menu or, after linking your number, on WhatsApp. It looks up the account you are in, changes nothing, and has a monthly question limit based on your plan.
