Help Center Terms of Use

Version 1.0 · Last updated: 2026-07-26

These Terms govern the use of the WiseData Business Help Center, available at wisedata.wiki, and of the associated support channels. By browsing the documentation or opening a ticket, you agree to the conditions below. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What the Help Center is

The Help Center gathers articles, tutorials, guides and supporting material about WiseData Business products, along with the channel for opening and following up on support tickets. It is ancillary to the products: the commercial conditions of each product remain defined in that product's specific terms.

2. Who may use it

Reading articles is free and requires no account. Opening tickets is intended for customers and users of WiseData products, over 18 years of age, through an account created by you or provisioned by the originating product. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done through your account.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Help Center and support channels, you agree not to:

  • Send spam, threats, offensive content, illegal material or anything that infringes third-party rights
  • Open tickets in a volume or frequency that compromises service to other users
  • Attempt to access restricted areas, third-party accounts or exploit system flaws
  • Automatically extract Help Center content for republication, resale or training of artificial intelligence models without express authorization
  • Use the public documentation API beyond the published usage limits

If a violation is identified, we may remove content, limit access or suspend the account, without prejudice to any applicable legal measures.

4. Content you submit

You remain the owner of the content you submit in tickets, ratings and comments, and grant us a limited license to store, process and use it for the purpose of providing support and improving the documentation.

You represent that you are authorized to share the information you send, including where it involves third-party data, and undertake not to include sensitive data or access credentials that are not essential to resolving the ticket.

5. Nature of the support service

Support is provided in Portuguese, English and Spanish, on business days, within the business hours published on our channels. Response times and service levels (SLA) are only guaranteed where expressly set out in the contract or in the plan you purchased.

Help Center content is informational and instructional about how to use the tools. It does not constitute accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and does not replace analysis by a qualified professional — especially in products involving tax document issuance and financial management.

6. Intellectual property

The articles, images, videos, trademarks and other Help Center materials belong to WiseData Business or its licensors.

You may consult, print and share this content internally in order to use our products, including copying excerpts to consult artificial intelligence assistants about how the tools work. Full republication, resale, public redistribution or use of the content to train third-party models is not permitted without prior written authorization.

7. Availability and changes

The Help Center is provided "as is". We may change, move or remove articles at any time to keep the documentation up to date, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of articles that are outdated relative to the product version you use. When in doubt, open a ticket.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to support in the event of a breach of these Terms, abusive use of the channels or termination of the contractual relationship with the originating product. Termination does not affect the data retention obligations set out in the Privacy Policy.

9. Privacy

Data processing in the Help Center is described in the Help Center Privacy Policy, supplemented by the general WiseData Business Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Goiânia, State of Goiás, are elected as the competent forum, without prejudice to the consumer's right to choose the forum of their domicile.

11. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the official WiseData Business service channels.
