Dashboard: the campaigns dashboard

The Dashboard is SendFast's first screen: the Campaigns dashboard adds up the results of every campaign in a period and shows how your number is doing. Use it to answer "how did the month go?" without opening campaign after campaign; for the detail of a single campaign, open its report in Campaigns. Camila checks the Dashboard every Monday to compare Loja Bem Viver's actions.

The period

At the top, the Period selector comes set to the last 30 days. There are shortcuts β€” Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 days, Month to date, Last month β€” or pick the dates on the calendar and click Apply.

One detail that changes the reading: cards, funnel and failures add up the campaigns created within the period, with all their results, even those that came later. The Daily evolution, on the other hand, uses the date of each event β€” the day the message was sent, delivered or read.

The cards

Sent, Delivered, Read and Failed. The last three also show their percentage of sent.

The send funnel

Each number has a bar and a short explanation:

  • Sent β€” messages that went out to WhatsApp.
  • Delivered β€” reached the recipient's device.
  • Read β€” opened by the recipient. It depends on read receipts: people who turned them off in WhatsApp do not show here.
  • Clicked β€” tapped a link button with tracking on. Each message counts once, even with several taps.
  • Unsubscribed (EXIT) β€” tapped SAIR in reply to the campaign.
  • Failed β€” could not be delivered.
  • Already suppressed β€” contacts already opted out before the send, and therefore left out.

And the rates, each with the math behind it:

  • Delivery rate β€” delivered Γ· sent;
  • Read rate β€” read Γ· delivered;
  • Click rate β€” clicked Γ· delivered;
  • Unsubscribe rate β€” unsubscribed Γ· delivered;
  • Overall conversion β€” read Γ· sent, the whole funnel;
  • Failure rate β€” failed Γ· sent;
  • Already-suppressed rate β€” already suppressed Γ· recipients.

Reading them together: a low delivery rate usually means an outdated base (many numbers without WhatsApp); a good read rate with few clicks says the message arrived and was seen, but the offer or the button did not convince; a rising unsubscribe rate is a sign to send less or to a better-targeted audience, before the number's quality drops.

Failures by code

The table lists each failure Reason, the Occurrences and the percentage, most frequent first β€” Number not on WhatsApp, Marketing limit reached, Contact opted out and others. With no failures, you see "No failures in the period." The Follow, pause and resend campaigns article explains the most common ones.

Daily evolution

The chart shows, day by day, Sent, Delivered, Read and Failed. It helps you see the effect of a campaign sent in waves over several days or a spike of failures on a specific date. Clicks are in the funnel, not in the chart.

Number health

  • Quality β€” High, Medium, Low or Unknown, as Meta rates the number.
  • Limit (tier) β€” how many different recipients the number can message every 24 hours.
  • Throughput β€” the sending speed Meta allows the number.
  • Used (24h) β€” how much of the limit was used in the last 24 hours, with a bar. It is the same number campaigns use to work out what is available.
  • Last sync β€” when this data was updated.
  • Recent history β€” the latest changes in quality and limit, with dates.

Quality dropping from High to Medium is the warning to review frequency and audience before it reaches Low β€” at Low, scheduled campaigns are paused and campaigns in waves are stopped. With no number connected, the panel shows "No number connected." and the rest of the Dashboard keeps working.

Where to go next

  • Follow, pause and resend campaigns β€” a single campaign's report, contact by contact.
  • Number limit and sending in waves β€” what the limit and the 24-hour usage change in sending.
  • Click tracking β€” so the Clicked stage has numbers.
  • Consent and opt-out β€” where unsubscribes and already suppressed come from.

In short: choose the period, read cards and funnel knowing they add up the campaigns created in that range, use the rates to find where the campaign loses people, check failures by reason and the daily evolution, and follow quality, limit and 24-hour usage in Number health.
