You can't always watch the results in real time. Alerts notify you by email automatically when something that matters happens β for example, NPS dropping below a value or a negative comment coming in. This feature is available on the Pro plan.
How to create an alert
On the Alerts page, click New Alert and fill in:
Name β a descriptive name to identify the alert.
Condition β what triggers the notification (see the list below).
Value β the threshold that acts as the trigger, when the condition requires one (for example, the NPS number or the percentage).
Survey β apply the alert to a specific survey or leave it blank to cover all of them.
Recipients β the emails that will receive the notification (you can add up to three).
Available conditions
NPS below β notifies when the survey's recent NPS falls below the defined value. Great for reacting quickly to a drop.
NPS above β notifies when NPS goes above a value β useful for celebrating reached targets.
Negative sentiment β notifies when comments classified as negative come in (uses the AI sentiment analysis). No value required.
No response for β notifies when the survey goes a number of days without any new response.
Response rate below β notifies when the percentage of people who responded falls below the defined value.
New feedback β notifies whenever a respondent leaves a new comment. No value required.
Notification and management
Notifications are sent by email to the registered recipients. Each alert can be activated or deactivated at any time, as well as edited or deleted. When an alert applies to "all surveys", it considers the surveys that are currently running.
Tip
Combine alerts according to your routine: one for NPS below so you never miss a drop, one for negative sentiment or new feedback to act quickly on comments, and one for no response for to notice when a survey has gone quiet.
