Wisebot is the AI financial assistant in WiseData Finances. Instead of hunting for a report or building a spreadsheet, you simply ask in natural language — and it queries your data and answers instantly.
One important point for your peace of mind: Wisebot only reads. It looks at your information to answer, but it never creates, edits or deletes entries. You're always in control.
Where it's available
Wisebot is part of the Pro and Enterprise plans. Each plan includes a number of questions per month (for example, 20 questions/month on Pro and 50/month on Enterprise), and that counter renews at the start of each month. On plans without the feature, the page shows an option to upgrade.
Two ways to chat
Inside the app — Wisebot lives on the chat page, with full context of your accounts.
On WhatsApp — after linking your number, you chat with Wisebot like any conversation, right where you already are.
Using it in the app
Open Wisebot from the menu and type your question. On the first screen you'll find ready-made suggestions, organized by topic (balance and accounts, expenses, income, budget and goals, reports and specific searches) — just tap one to start, or click See more ideas for others.
Your conversations are saved in a history on the side: you can reopen a previous conversation, search for it or delete it. Each conversation has a message limit; when it's reached, just start a new one.
Example questions: "What's my total balance?" · "How much did I spend on food this month?" · "Which bills are due this week?" · "How is my budget doing?" · "What was my biggest expense this quarter?"
Link WhatsApp
To use Wisebot on WhatsApp, go to Settings → Wisebot and follow the steps:
Enter your WhatsApp number.
You receive a confirmation code in the WhatsApp conversation itself.
Type that code to confirm the link.
Done — from then on just send your questions on WhatsApp. You can unlink the number whenever you want, on the same screen.
What Wisebot answers
Ask about what matters in your day-to-day finances: balances and accounts, expenses and income, payables and receivables, the progress of your budget and goals, report summaries and specific searches in your entries. From the simple question to the more detailed one — always based on your own data.
Wisebot respects the separation between your personal side and each company: it answers about the space you're in, and the histories don't mix.
Tip
The more organized your entries and categories are, the more accurate Wisebot's answers become. It pays to keep everything up to date — then just ask.
