WiseData NPS sends your surveys through three channels: email, WhatsApp and embed (a widget on your website). You choose the channels when creating the survey, and you track usage and performance for each one on the Channels page.
Where to track your channels
The Channels page gathers one card per channel showing: whether it is available on your plan, the monthly usage (how much of your quota has been used) and the period's performance metrics. Channels not included in your plan show an option to view the plans.
Available on all plans. The survey is sent to the contact lists you select, with the subject you set during creation. The email channel metrics show: sent, delivered, opened, open rate, failed and failure rate.
Available on the Business plan. The message text uses a template selected automatically based on the survey type β these are Meta-approved templates, which ensures delivery. You only select the contact lists. The metrics show: sent, delivered, read, read rate, failed and failure rate.
Website / Embed
Available on the Pro plan. Instead of sending messages, the embed displays the survey as a widget on your site β which is why it has unlimited sends (it does not consume the email or WhatsApp quota). Embed is not available for eNPS or Competition surveys.
Display modes
Popup β a centered window with a dimmed backdrop that appears after a few seconds.
Slide-in β a discreet widget that slides in at the bottom-right corner.
Inline β the survey is rendered inside a specific element of your page.
Authorized domains
Under Channels β Embed settings, register the domains where the widget may appear (for example, mysite.com). At least one domain is required β without it, the widget will not work. You can register up to 10.
Display rules
When configuring the embed on a survey, you control how the widget behaves:
Sampling rate β the percentage of visitors who will see the widget (useful for high-traffic sites).
Snooze days β if the visitor closes the widget, it won't reappear for N days.
When to show β immediately, after some time on the page, on exit intent, or after the visitor browses N pages.
Page targeting β define which URLs the widget can (or cannot) appear on, using
*as a wildcard.Frequency cap β don't repeat the survey for the same visitor for a number of days.
Post-response actions (CTAs) β a different button for promoters, passives and detractors, making the most of the moment right after the response.
The embed metrics show: impressions, interactions, completions and completion rate.
Limits and quotas
Email and WhatsApp sends count against your plan's monthly limit; embed is unlimited. You can track consumption on the Channels page cards and in the billing area.
