There are two places to track what your surveys brought in: each survey's Results screen (a detailed view of one specific survey) and the Reports page (a consolidated view of all surveys). In both, you can filter by period.
Results of a survey
Open a survey and go to Results. At the top you see the title, the type and the total responses, plus a period selector and the export button. The screen shows:
NPS summary β the period's score, with a rating that ranges from Critical to Excellent, and the split between promoters (9β10), passives (7β8) and detractors (0β6).
Distribution by category β a donut chart showing the share of promoters, passives and detractors.
NPS trend over time β how the score evolved during the period.
Response distribution β how many responses there were at each score from 0 to 10.
Individual responses β a table with score, respondent, feedback, channel and date.
Comments β the list of feedback left by respondents.
When you adjust the period, all numbers and charts update to the chosen window.
Consolidated reports
The Reports page brings together the NPS metrics of all your surveys in one place, with a period filter. It is organized into tabs:
Overview β the big picture: global NPS, total responses, response rate, distribution and comparison with the previous period.
NPS details β NPS broken down by survey type and channel, plus NPS by page (which pages of your site recorded embed responses).
Trends β NPS evolution across months, variations and seasonality.
The NPS details and Trends tabs, as well as report export, are available from the Pro plan.
Export
On a survey's results screen, you can export the data as Excel, CSV or PDF, respecting the applied period filters. On the Reports page, export generates a consolidated PDF.
