AI analysis: understanding comments at scale

When your surveys gather many comments, reading them one by one becomes impractical. AI analysis solves this: the AI reads the comments left by respondents and automatically summarizes the sentiment and the most mentioned topics. This feature is available on the Business plan.

What the screen shows

  • Sentiment β€” the percentage of comments classified as positive, neutral and negative, and the total feedback analyzed in the period.

  • Sentiment distribution β€” a chart with the share among the three sentiments.

  • Sentiment trend β€” how that balance evolved over time.

  • Most mentioned topics β€” the subjects that appear most in the comments, with how many times they came up.

Automatic updates

The analyses are updated automatically every 24 hours β€” you don't need to run anything manually. The numbers and charts start appearing after the first analysis round, as new comments come in.

Filter by period

Use the period selector at the top of the page to see the sentiment and topics for a specific time window. Everything on the screen adjusts to the chosen period.

How to make the most of it

AI analysis helps you quickly see what is behind the scores: which subjects bother (or please) the most, and whether the mood of the comments is improving or worsening β€” without reading each piece of feedback individually. It's a great starting point for prioritizing what deserves attention.
